Monkey Media operates as a premium B2B Digital Agency providing specialized visual production, digital marketing, and web development services. Due to the custom nature of our labor, strategy, and digital assets, our refund policy is strictly enforced. By paying an invoice or advance, you agree to these terms.
All sales are final once work has commenced. This includes, but is not limited to:
We do not offer refunds for digital services that have already been executed, rendered, or delivered, as the man-hours and resources cannot be recovered.
Advance payments made to secure a project slot, initiate scriptwriting, or begin pre-production are strictly non-refundable. These payments allocate our agency's resources specifically to your project and prevent us from taking on other clients for that time slot.
Clients may request a cancellation within 24 hours of their initial payment, provided that Monkey Media has not yet commenced any work, strategy sessions, or resource allocation. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Gateway processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
We are committed to client satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the direction of a project, you must notify us immediately during the revision stages. We will work with you to revise the deliverables according to the original project scope. However, subjective dissatisfaction with a completed asset does not qualify for a refund.
